Food Product Shipping

Due to Illinois Cottage Food regulations, food products are only shipped within the state of Illinois. Orders with shipping addresses outside of Illinois cannot be accepted for food items.

Eligible food products include items that are permitted under Illinois Cottage Food law.

Party Favor Shipping

Non-food party favors and custom party supplies may be shipped anywhere within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Party Rentals

Party rentals are available only within our local service area. Delivery fees may apply based on the event location. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing a rental order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by appointment for eligible orders. Customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

Processing Times

• Food Orders: Typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
• Party Favors: Processing times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
• Custom Orders: Processing times will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Shipping Schedule

To help maintain product quality, food orders are generally shipped Monday through Thursday.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Kandi Sweets Co. is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and contents. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

Returns

Because food products are perishable, all food sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on food items. Return eligibility for non-food products will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
