Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom Orders

A non-refundable retainer may be required for custom orders. Production begins once the retainer has been received.

Payment

Payment is due according to the terms listed during checkout. Custom orders must follow the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.

Food Allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. Please review product ingredients before purchasing.

Cottage Food Products

Certain products are prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to routine public health inspection, as permitted under Illinois Cottage Food laws.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for arriving during their scheduled pickup time. Delivery availability and fees vary by location.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

All photos, logos, product designs, and website content are the property of Kandi Sweets Co. and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
